Join Our Team as a Booking Assistant

This is an office based telemarketing role. You will use your excellent communication, organisation & sales skills to generate appointments for our clients over the phone using regular communication and pipeline management.

Location: Beeston, Nottingham - Office Based
Basic Salary: £22,500 + Commission
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm & Friday 9am-3pm

What is a Booking Assistant?

As an agency, we generate enquiries (leads) for our client’s businesses. However, lots of businesses struggle to contact these leads and have no processes to follow up and turn those leads into paying customers. That’s where you come in.

A Booking Assistant is a key player within our agency, responsible for transforming initial lead interactions into confirmed appointments. This role involves managing and qualifying leads for our clients, setting appointments with high conversion potential, and conducting direct outreach through personalised calls and messages.

Booking Assistants ensure that each potential client is engaged promptly and effectively, fostering a relationship that builds trust and encourages commitment to an appointment. Their work not only maximises the efficiency of the sales process by saving valuable time but also enhances customer satisfaction and increases the likelihood of sales success, making them an integral part of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities As a Booking Assistant, your role is crucial in transforming interest into concrete sales opportunities for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Appointment Setting: Skilfully identify potential needs and schedule highly qualified appointments for our clients.
  • Direct Outreach: Improve contact rates through personalised calls, tailored messaging, and email communication.
  • Client Understanding: Deeply understand the unique selling points of each client to effectively communicate their value.
  • Industry Knowledge: Commit to ongoing learning to constantly improve the customer journey (training provided).
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities to introduce additional products during interactions to maximise client revenue.
  • Follow-Up Management: Manage timely follow-ups to nurture leads and secure appointments.
  • Detailed Handover: Ensure clear communication of appointment details for seamless client transitions.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass set performance goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly review client performance data and proactively address any challenges.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relations and regularly discuss campaign performance to enhance outcomes.
