What is a Booking Assistant?

As an agency, we generate enquiries (leads) for our client’s businesses. However, lots of businesses struggle to contact these leads and have no processes to follow up and turn those leads into paying customers. That’s where you come in.

A Booking Assistant is a key player within our agency, responsible for transforming initial lead interactions into confirmed appointments. This role involves managing and qualifying leads for our clients, setting appointments with high conversion potential, and conducting direct outreach through personalised calls and messages.

Booking Assistants ensure that each potential client is engaged promptly and effectively, fostering a relationship that builds trust and encourages commitment to an appointment. Their work not only maximises the efficiency of the sales process by saving valuable time but also enhances customer satisfaction and increases the likelihood of sales success, making them an integral part of the team.

At Full Scale Digital, we are at the forefront of transforming digital marketing leads into real business opportunities. Our Booking Assistants are central to our client success, ensuring that every interaction moves a prospect closer to a decisive meeting. Here’s why this role is vital for us and our clients:

  • Maximising Opportunities: Through your interactions, you’ll identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, significantly increasing the potential value of each lead.

Here’s what we offer to support your career growth and personal well-being:
